Just a note of thanks for the excellent job you did on my car this week, and at a very reasonable cost. The fact that the work was done right at my home was an added bonus, as was fact I was without the use of my car for less than 2 hours, as opposed to the 3 days that the local body shop said they would require. Regardless of the profession or field, it’s always a pleasure to watch a real master at work. If only everything in life was like that.
